Refund Policy
How refunds and returns work for your Maison Wax order.
We want you to love your Maison Wax candles. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns of unused, unburned candles in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email info@maisonwax.com with your order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
Candles are fragile. If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear.
