These Terms of Service govern your use of maisonwax.com and your purchases from Maison Wax. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and pricing
We do our best to display our candles and prices accurately. Prices are in USD and may change at any time. We reserve the right to limit or refuse any order.
Orders and payment
When you place an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total shown at checkout, including taxes and shipping. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Shipping and returns
Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns and Refund Policy pages.
Candle safety
Burn candles within sight, keep away from anything flammable, and keep away from children and pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn and stop use when 1/2 inch of wax remains. You are responsible for safe use.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maison Wax is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site or products, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
