Processing
Orders are hand-packed and shipped from Los Angeles within 2-3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
Shipping rates and delivery
We ship across the United States via UPS Ground. Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. On orders under $50, live UPS rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Delivery typically takes about 5-8 business days depending on your location.
Returns
Unused, unburned candles can be returned within 30 days. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded - just email us within 7 days with a photo. See our Refund Policy for full details.
